Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

You will provide project management planning support in the capability development and implementation of one of the below systems:

• C2/C3 Systems; or
• Video related Systems (e.g. Video Surveillance System, Video Hub, etc); or
• Wireless communications technologies (e.g. 5G, VHF communications technologies, etc)

Duties:

• Carry out various stages of project planning and management, which include, but not limited to, requirement gathering, technical specifications preparations, prove-of-concept demonstration, experimentations, approval of requirements, tender, design reviews, acceptance tests, maintenance support concept, logistics planning, spare management, and documentations.
• Carry out project administration activities, which include, but not limited to, arranging project meetings, supervision of site work/ activities, recording minutes/notes of meetings and carrying out coordination activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct technology watch on identified domains, carrying out technology assessments, making suitable recommendations as well as other related tasks

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics & Communications, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in systems engineering such as communications, sensors, C2, data and autonomous systems will be an advantage
• Able to translate operational requirements into technical specifications, system designs, performance matrices and test specifications for new systems across multiple domains
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentations skills, with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing contractors and partners
