Job Description:

· User administration including administration of user accounts, FTP/ SFTP accounts and granting access to files and directories

· System configuration management including modifying system settings, drive mappings

· Administer network print servers and queues;

· Manage batch jobs

· Server patch management

· Troubleshoot performance issues;

· System security administration such as

i. Monitor and perform TLS certificate renewal for the systems;

ii. Manage the encryption / decryption keys for the server;

· Document and maintain server administration guides and SOPs.

 Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent with 2 – 5 YRS EXP in Microsoft Server administration
• Possess Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) Certificate will be advantageous
