Job Responsibilities:

  • Support ATxPO team in simple administrative tasks including:
  • Provide administrative support in meeting scheduling and agenda coordination, rooms booking, venue setup and calendar management.
  • Inventory and asset management for ATxPO.
  • Support for procurement processes, including obtaining quotations and drafting approvals to purchase goods and services required for the event.
  • Assist with research and travel arrangements for ATxPO.
  • Coordination across multiple teams to collate information and archive information for event reporting.
  • Documentation and support the asset inventory.
  • Any other administrative tasks to support ATxPO

*This is a 7-month contract position

Job Requirements:

  • Higher NITEC/ Diploma in Electronics/Information Technology/Telecommunication or related discipline
  • Possess Class 3 Driving License
  • Only open to Singaporeans.
