Job Responsibilities:

The officer will be supporting Corporate Policy & Data team, and will be exposed to a variety of learning opportunities, including: 

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings across teams/divisions;
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new staff as well as the processes for outgoing staff;
  • Develop SOPs and workflows to capture the process for knowledge management and effective execution of processes;
  • Assist in organising staff welfare and team building activities;
  • Manage division’s inventory and assist in new purchases;
  • Coordinate ad hoc events: Provide logistical support for events, inclusive of liaising with vendors;
  • Lead and coordinate ad hoc projects from start to completion, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of project goals;
  • Assist in smooth operation of daily administrative tasks to support the division’s overall functions effectively.

Job Requirements:

  • Min a good Diploma, preferably with 2 to 3 years of working experience in admin work
  • A self-starter who is driven, takes initiative and a good team player
  • Able to work within tight timelines and possesses good administrative and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint Online
  • Experience on HR Onboarding/Events Planner is an advantage
  • Knowledge and interest in technological applications will be advantageous
  • Any other duties as may be agreed and assigned.
