    Job Description:

    • Sourcing suitable candidates through various channels & strategies
    • Manage professional relationship with candidates and clients
    • Build a consistent talent pipeline
    • Ensure compliance to all recruitment guidelines
    • Act as an advocate for hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide follow up

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum Diploma and above
    • Multi-tasker, proactive, resourceful, dynamic, resilient
    • Interested in People & Recruitment
    • Strong drive to succeed in attaining goals
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excel in a fast-paced work environment
    • Able to work in a supportive and collaborative team environment
    • Attainment of CEI certification will be advantageous
