Job Responsibilities:

The appointed Project Executive is required to support and assist the Project Managers in the successful delivery and completion of exhibition projects and ad-hoc displays. The roles include but is not limited to the following: –

Project Management 

  • Monitor project progress to meet
  • Assist in the research and request for budgetary quotation as well as verifying information supplied in tender submission.
  • Assist in procurement of goods and services required for
  • Liaise with and manage internal project team members and
  • Assist in the planning, preparation and implementation of exhibition projects including design development, fabrication, installation, and de-installation.
  • Support in the coordination of loans, transportation and return of artefacts/exhibits.
  • Support in coordination of project meetings and minute
  • Assist in maintenance and technical support of exhibitions

Exhibition Administration and Venue Sponsorship

  • Facilitate application for exhibition venue sponsorship and liaise with
  • Monitor implementation of venue sponsored exhibitions to ensure the exhibitions meet NLB’s requirements.


Job Requirements:

  • Tertiary education
  • Prior experience in project management of exhibitions or events
  • Strong administrative, organisational and project management skills
  • Meticulous
  • Able to work well in a team as well as
  • Ability to meet tight datelines and work under pressure
