Job Responsibilities:

The Procurement Assistant Manager shall:

  • Assume all purchasing duties across the company inclusive of retail, food service and branded distribution items. 
  • Improve efficiency in management of inventory to reduce costs and increase productivity for the organization.  
  • Establish a mix of products to grow and develop their food service and retail offerings. 
  • Conducting cost analyses and setting benchmarks for improvement

Job Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in similar scope
