Job Responsibilities:

  • The Marketing Executive will develop and execute integrated marketing plans to promote events and drive attendance, exhibitor participation, and sponsorship sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including email campaigns, social media content, and website updates.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the events industry.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing to enhance brand visibility and reach target audiences.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media partners, industry influencers, and key stakeholders to enhance event visibility and coverage.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery and quality execution of marketing activities within budget constraints.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in marketing and events management to recommend innovative strategies and solutions.
  • Support onsite event marketing activities and provide assistance as needed to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the events industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience with event management software and CRM systems is a plus.
