Job Responsibilities:

The HR Business Support will be responsible for:

  • Client/Employee on-boarding and documentation.
  • Client/Employee engagement ie; responding to inquiries and concerns.
  • Employee benefits management like administering and managing health insurance policies and claims and monitoring service quality of external vendors. Support the management of grievance and disciplinary processes.
  • Assist in managing the annual performance appraisal process.
  • Validate attendance and leave reports for accurate payroll processing.
  • Work pass administration and processing when required.
  • Generate monthly client billing through ERP system and prepare customer reports and other relevant financial documentation.
  • Management of training and government claims:
  • Payroll Support:
    – processing of monthly and ad-hoc payroll for high volume of contract staff for multiple clients
    – ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and resolve any discrepancies.
    – reconciling payroll accounts and prepare necessary reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of HR experience within a recruitment agency setting. Experience in or exposure to Payroll Process Outsourcing is advantageous.
  • Possesses strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
  • CEI certified preferred.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin advantageous due to communication needs with China clients
  • Proficiency in Justlogin (HRIS) and YonYou (payroll systems) advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Possesses legal work rights to work in Singapore
