Job Responsibilities:
- Support the construction, testing, commissioning, and operations of waste management and Waste-to-Energy (WTE) facilities.
- Coordinate maintenance activities, preventive maintenance programmes, and contractor management to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
- Prepare SOPs, enforce safety compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil & Structural, Chemical, Environmental) or related discipline.
- Preferably 3–5 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong technical, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Additional Information:
- Ability to perform shift work is advantageous but not compulsory.
- Candidates must be willing to work at construction sites and travel overseas for Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and training when required.
- Professional certifications such as PE, LEW, Steam Engineer, or WSHO will be an added advantage.
