Construction Health, Safety & Wellbeing Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee Construction Health, Safety & Wellbeing (H,S&W;) compliance across project
sites.
Conduct contractor audits, site inspections, and safety assessments to ensure compliance with
WSH regulations and project requirements.
Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive timely implementation of corrective
actions.
Collaborate with project teams and contractors to promote continuous improvement and
strengthen safety culture.

Job Requirements:

• Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) or equivalent (Specialist Diploma
preferred).
• Proven experience in construction Health & Safety, preferably in pharmaceutical, GMP,
cleanroom, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation, contractor safety management, and HSE
auditing.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and incident investigation skills.
