Job Description:
- Ensure opening / closing of facilities
- Conduct routine weekly checks of all facilities and equipment
- Liaise with cleaning or IT supervisor for maintenance matters
- Monitor the proper usage of facilities and equipment
- Manage the booking of the facilities via the Facilities Booking System
- Assist to tag equipment assets where necessary
- Proper maintenance of storage facilities
- Assist to evacuate users from outdoor facilities during inclement weather
- Provide logistical and first aid support for programmes/events
- Abide with WSH regulations and School Safety SOPs
- Conduct half-yearly inspection of facilities
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sports facilities and equipment management/operations
- Able to converse in English and write simple reports using MS Office applications
- Physically fit to be able to move goods/store keeping between several floors
- Possess a valid First Aid (CPR + AED) Certification is an advantage
- Able to commit for 1 month
- Able to work on Shift as stated.
Mondays to Saturdays
Morning Shift 1: 6.45am to 3.00pm
Afternoon Shift 1: 12.30pm to 10.00pm
