Job Description:
- Process application forms
- Management of email response
- Management of walk-in and phone enquiries
- Provide counter duty support
- Provide data entry services
- Management of database
- Prepare and submit consolidated reports
- Any other administrative duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Min GCE O Level
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficient in Malay to support Malay speaking customers
- Able to start immediate and commit for 2 months
- Willing to travel on different work site when needed
- Tenure: Flexi Work, Part Time
- Offered Salary: $8.50/hr
